At Terra Vita Visions, we take pride in the quality of our canvas prints and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our return policy below:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
    • Canvas prints must be in original condition, undamaged and unaltered.
    • Original packaging must be intact.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom-sized or personalized canvas prints cannot be returned unless there's a production error.
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
    • We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  4. Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned canvas print, we'll notify you about the status of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  5. Exchanges:

  8. Sale Items:
    • Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as regular-priced canvas prints.
